What is the correct way to use the tool holder

In some mold manufacturing industry and hardware machinery industry, knife handle is an indispensable tool. There are many kinds of toolholders in the world. Each type of toolholder is different. According to the type of clamping, it can be divided into hydraulic toolholder, shrink toolholder, universal toolholder and heat shrink toolholder.

How to use the common toolholder:

1. Put the handle into the tool unloading seat and lock it;
2. Select the appropriate clip spring according to the tool diameter, and ensure the clean working surface at the same time;
3. Install the retaining ring into the lock nut;
4. Insert the milling cutter into the circlip hole, and control the extension length of the cutter according to the machining depth;
5. Use a wrench to lock the lock nut;
6. Check that there is no error, and install the tool handle on the spindle;

How to use the hydraulic tool handle:

1. Clean the protective oil on the hydraulic chuck before use.
2. Loosen the piston clamping screw and insert the tool into the hole until it touches the stop pin.
3. Use a wrench to adjust the tool length through radial positioning adjustment screw or axial adjustment screw.
4. After the length is set, tighten the piston clamping screw.
